Fettuccine with truffle is a simple and tasty dish but of great effect, thanks to the aroma and unique taste of summer truffle, which will be the main ingredient of this precious dish.
INGREDIENTS:
- 120 gr of summer black truffle
- 500 gr of fettuccine
- 1 clove of garlic
- oil q.b
- salt q.b
PROCEDURE:
Boil the water to cook the fettuccine.
Take the truffle, wash it and clean it thoroughly under running water, to remove any soil residue. Dry it well with a cloth. Then, slice the truffle into thin slices with the truffle cutter.
Take a large pan, pour some oil and add the garlic clove. Fry lightly and remove the garlic before it becomes golden.
At this point, add most of the truffle flakes, keeping the others aside, to add fresh to the finished dish. Cook over low heat.
Cook the fettuccine, drain and cook in a pan with the seasoning for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix. If necessary, add cooking water to make the pasta better linked with the seasoning.
Serve the fettuccine and add the fresh truffle flakes. Serve immediately.
